Sip & Paint Policies

Fun is the number one expectation for your guided Sip & Paint workshop, with no painting experience required. During your 2-3 hour workshop your group will be guided through a painting from start to finish with a pre-templated design. What does this mean? Your design is pre-drawn for you to be able to follow along with ease. Please let us know if you would prefer a blank canvas instead prior to your workshop. 

Tiffanie Lord Designs LLC is a BYOB licensed establishment which allows customers to bring their own beverages, both non-alcoholic & alcoholic to our private Sip & Paint events. During each 2-3 hour workshop participants must adhere to the Arizona state allowed alcohol maximums:

Wine: 750 ml (appx. one bottle), Beer: (40 oz.), & Spirits (4 0z. distilled). Participants will have a place to store and chill their wine, beers, and accompaniments.

Every participant in a workshop must be registered with a project of their own in order to follow along with the steps of instruction. During the checkout process participants are required to read and acknowledge our policies & procedures page prior to participating in Sip & Paint. Unfortunately seats are not able to be set aside for unregistered guests or observers. Anyone not registered with an individual project will be asked to leave or, if a seat and project materials are available, they can register and pay for the workshop prior to the beginning of instruction. 

Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees are non-refundable.  Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a credit for a future workshop. The credit is valid for up to one year from original scheduled workshop.

***Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees.

A deposit is due when booking your private party.  Once the minimum number of participants is met, we will refund your initial deposit.  If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited.  If you choose to cancel your private party the deposit will not be refunded due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private party times on our calendar.

If you would like to make changes to your group's paint design within 72 hours of your workshop, we would be happy to accommodate your request for a $10 design change fee per painter, payable upon the start of your workshop. 

Due to the materials used, and our liquor license, infants and children under the age of 16 are not permitted in any of our Studios while a workshop is being held (Some states, such as CA, have differing age restrictions due to liquor licenses. 

Please contact us before booking if you may be affected. If a participant brings an infant or child, they will be asked to rebook for a different workshop when they can attend child-free.

I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to paint and various types of materials that may stain during Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC workshops.  I agree to be responsible for any damages to Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC tools, equipment or facilities, to the extent and in the percentage I cause such damages.

I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC workshops.  I agree to take precautions and observe all Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my personal belongings. I also understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

I further agree to release and discharge Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC for any illness, injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC workshops or my presence in Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC facilities whether caused by me, Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC or any third party.

I agree to indemnify and defend Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments costs or expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC workshops or my presence in Tiffanie Lord Design's LLC facilities

We love sharing both photos and videos of participants’ experiences during the workshop and the beautiful work you create at our workshops through our social, digital, and print advertisements! If you prefer not to share your photo or video, please opt out of the picture-taking during the workshop. I also consent to the use of any photos or videos of our designs or studio workshop experiences that may have been tagged on our social media pages or have used the #TiffanieJLord. Please do not share the photo or tag us if you prefer to keep the image private.

I HAVE READ THE TIFFANIE LORD DESIGNS LLC POLICIES AND THIS SAFETY WAIVER AND UNDERSTAND THEM.  I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY CHECKING THE “ACCEPT POLICIES” BOX, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
